Description:

Located in historic Pawtucket, right off of I-95 at 100 Smithfield Avenue. The office is located on the lower level, along with the therapy gym and several private treatment rooms. The office is handicapped accessible, with elevator access from Smithfield Avenue, or direct access from Power Road. Parking is available both on the Power Road side along the street or in the parking lot, and on the Smithfield Avenue side in the main lot alongside the building.

Directions:

From 95 N or S: Exit 25. At end of exit take right. Next Light take right . At fork take right. D& H Therapy is on left.

From 146 S: Mineral Spring Ave. exit. At end of exit take left on Mineral spring Ave. At 4th light turn right on Smithfield Ave. D& H Therapy is on right about 1/2 mile.
